You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team at awaikenthemes.com/contact. Please include your account/order details so we can process your request promptly.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewal payments.
- Your access to the product and any associated updates/support will continue until the end of your current billing period — you will not lose access immediately upon cancellation.
- Once the current billing period ends, your subscription will not renew, and access will end accordingly.
Refunds for Cancellations
- We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time in a billing period. Since you retain full access until the period ends, no partial refund will be issued for early cancellation.
- If you believe you’re eligible for a refund due to a product issue (rather than a simple cancellation), please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable terms.
Renewal Reminders
As stated in our Refund Policy, we notify customers via email two weeks before a subscription renewal date, giving you time to cancel before being charged if you no longer wish to continue.
Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription
If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you may do so at any time by purchasing a new subscription. Previous cancellation does not affect your ability to purchase again in the future.
